Building Relationship towards Achieving Goals
Last May 24 -25, Brosnep had its Team Building in Bonito Island Resort, Batangas. It gathered around 50 employees including the executives for a 2-day break from work filled with fun and friendly activities.
Through a series of activities, everyone learned the value of communication and teamwork as a way of understanding each other’s strength, weaknesses and interests, which are all important for accepting each other’s differences, learning to work together, and contributing to the growth of the company. The team building brought the different departments closer and motivated everyone to be at their best and be able to use that in performing their daily tasks.
The team building’s facilitators taught a few catchy cheers that everybody screams in their cue. These included, ‘you are the best!’, when someone did a remarkable act, ‘we are the best!’ when everyone is doing great as a team, and ‘God is the best!’ for with Him, everything is possible. These further encouraged everyone to do things in the best possible way and to do the same with their tasks. With the help of the facilitators, everyone was also reminded of the company’s core values: Honesty, Diligence and Self Development. These three values serve as the guide that leads everybody in enhancing oneself, building relationship and fulfilling the goals of the company.
