Cebu and Davao Trips

Mr. Francisco Ko

We started regional operations last year only, and I visited Cebu and Davao during this business trip. I would like to write some not to forget experience and express the gratitude to the regional staffs.

At the top of Cebu with Jen and Judy Anne, BA of Watsons, Ayala Cebu Center

Jen looks healthy. She even told that her daughters are studying well there. Yes, it seems that Jen is adapting well! I was really moved recalling the chatting with her 5 years ago:

“Do you want to go back to your hometown, Cebu someday?” I asked Jen. “Yes, of course.” “Okay, let’s make chances.”

Nothing is confirmed or promised, but it is realized and she is doing well in her hometown now. Thanks God!

Jen harmonized well with clients' staffs and all merchandise is under her control. It seems that only timely delivery to stores is the matter. Until this March, we didn't have anything in Cebu. Now we have Jen and the future in Cebu!

At SM City Cebu. Sales is over 50k, always lack of stocks.

Annie worked at Unilab for 12 years as a sales manager. She worked for doctors and handled numerous accounts even without weekends. And it became 1 year for her to work for Brosnep, totally different field from her previous career.

At the Marina Tuna. Jun started living in Samar Island this April.

During the visit, I said “Annie, you can do something now finally.”

Right! She is migrating herself from pharmacy sales to the retail/whole field successfully. It would need little more time to be fully converted but we are able to plan more things here in Davao thanks to Annie’s settle-down.

Annie says her brother’s room is getting messy and smaller due to our stocks and displayer. We’re sorry but we really appreciate it, Annie. Let’s make more sales and get a space soon.

As we all know, Davao is the 2nd biggest city in the Philippines and the biggest market among provincial cities. We aim to build a stable operation and to expand gradually coping with her conversion. Even more, considering her experiences, I am looking forward to doing something in Davao in the future.

I asked Annie to make us come back for NCCC Ceremony on January 31. Then, there will be awards for suppliers. If our performance is good these holidays, we could be awarded.

“Annie, will you make it? ^^”

Shelf of Giles & Brooks. Its future, Annie will create.

Many thanks to Cebu and Davao staffs~
