Brosnep National Gathering 2019 (Sales Department)

On August 19 and 20, Brosnep held its first national sales gathering. Regional sales coordinators and roving sales staffs coming from Davao, Cebu, Pampanga, Cavite, Bulacan, and Metro Manila were present to attend this meaningful event. For two days, the sales department gathered together for education, training, and discussion of the important matters related to the growth of the company. The event was led by Sales Department Director Mr. John Ryu and Sales Manager Mr. Robert Enriquez.


The first day started with self-introductions, followed with an activity for the roving sales staffs regarding proper product display, and a short presentation by the sales director. The regional sales coordinators were also given time to discuss the processes of the company’s biggest clients including SM, Walter Mart, Watsons, and Puregold.




Touch Class, a mobile application for the company’s education, was introduced to the employees by Ms. Kat (Marketing) and Ms. Nina (HR) as the facilitators. After the whole day program, everyone went out to have a celebratory dinner with Brosnep’s Managing Director, Mr. Francisco Ko.


The second day focused on field education. The sales department and the new marketing assistants visited various stores to learn first-hand its processes and other sales points. Before going to stores, they dropped by Brosnep’s warehouse or Taguig Distribution Center (TDC). Ms. Elena, the Senior Manager of TDC, accompanied the team while having a look around to see the items and work process.


After the quick visit at the TDC, the team proceeded to Finds Finds Alabang. Next stop was Mall of Asia (MOA) wherein they visited SM Hypermarket, SM Department Store and Watsons. The team also had lunch together at the mall before going back to the office.



Finally, they had a sharing of experiences and realizations to wrap up the gathering. The team talked about their thoughts and feelings regarding the event. Each of them shared how their knowledge on sales management was developed through the help of the activities.


For the newly-hired marketing assistants, they felt the warm welcome of everyone resulting to a more comfortable working environment. The three of them showed excitement on officially starting their work after one month of training. The other employees, on the other hand, who are working in Brosnep for more than a year, emphasized on how the company values its people – which is the main reason for their long-term stay. The memorable two-day gathering ended with a closing remark from Mr. John Ryu.
