This year, 2022, has been a wonderful year for us as we were able to extend gratitude to Brosnep employees by providing educational subsidy to their dependent children with the launching of our Scholarship Program 2022 last August 9, 2022.
The company wants to establish a scholarship program to provide educational assistance to deserving dependents of employees who will study in college. The company will provide a subsidy of P20,000 per semester for each qualified employees’ dependents.
Last November 3, 2022, we conducted a ceremony for our scholar, Reign Dilao, the daughter of one of our employees, who’s taking up Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at Centro Escolar University Manila. With her diligence, she was able to achieve good grades and a consistent honor student.
The ceremony was led by the HR Department with the attendance of our Managing Director, Mr. Francisco Ko and Director, Mr. John Ryu. During the ceremony, they were able to speak with Reign and talked about her plans in the future and the like.
Through this program, we were able to give more chance for more employee’s children to continue their studies. We hope that this may serve as an inspiration and encouragement to all our employees.
