Building a strong team is crucial to the success of any organization. Brosnep Corp. organized a two-day team-building event and outing at 3A Farm Resort in Nasugbu, Batangas to help us develop strong relationships with our co-workers and within our departments.

The energy was electric from the start! We kicked things off with a fun TikTok dance challenge as our icebreaker. This got us all moving and laughing together. It was enjoyable and created a lighthearted atmosphere, introducing us to what the facilitators had planned for the day.
Before we started, the facilitators taught us the importance of the 7 Cs: Communication, Cooperation, Capability, Coaching, Cognition, Coordination, and Condition. These principles were emphasized throughout the day as we engaged in various planned activities. We were divided into teams led by our managers and even created our own cheers before starting the games and activities.
From rope courses to water games, we were pushed out of our comfort zones, encouraged to build relationships with different departments, and to develop trust and coordination with our teammates. These activities also demonstrated how we practiced the 7 Cs.
In the end, we gathered for a wrap-up session, reflecting on the lessons we learned and the memories we made throughout the day. The facilitator who did a motivational power talk inspired us to apply these things not only in our professional lives but also to our personal endeavors.
It was a long day but it was worth it with all the fun and knowledge that we got. Here's to the amazing team at Brosnep Corp! We're excited to see what we can accomplish when we work together!
